| USAGE / PERIOD | + Licensee’s News Access use in respect of match footage shall be limited to excerpts (from the current US Open telecast) of two (2) minutes or less per day + Shall be retransmitted no later than within twenty four (24) hours after the conclusion of the last match of each day + Solely in regularly scheduled news or sports program(s) in the License Territory + For the further avoidance of doubt, News Access Use shall include the ability of the Licensee and its subscribers to show the regularly scheduled televisions news or sports news telecast program in its entirety by way of non-linear online VOD, subject always to the Licensed Period |

| CONTENT ACCESS | + Once agreement approved via IMG, USTA will provide Licensee with access to a self-serving website where content from throughout the 14 days can be accessed + No daily Video News Release (VNR) is produced |
| PAYMENT POLICY | The USTA operates a “No payment, No Pictures” policy for all News Access License Agreements. All invoices need to be paid by the agreed due date ahead of The Championships |
