A legend of the game, Mickelson's return to the Masters was not short of controversy. Having recently joined LIV golf, there was much speculation as to whether he would even play, let alone perform well.
However, Mickelson put in an excellent performance, finishing second to John Rahm, with a score of 8 under. The veteran surprised many with his performance and showed that age is just a number.
