Rugby World Cup 2023: Portugal’s unexpected victory against Fiji

Thanks to a late try by Rodrigo Marta and Samuel Marques' conversion, Portugal claimed a historic 24-23 victory over Fiji.

In a tighty contested match, it took some heroics from the Portugese to overcome the Fijians. Underdogs in this match, Portugal created history by overcoming their opposition.
