REGISTRATION

Anyone who wishes to view the video previews of particular footage and/or participates in any interactive activities offered on this site may be asked to complete subscription registration for an ID and password. We use this contact information to establish a user’s suitability for an account (approval is given on a case by case basis). IMG may use the contact information to send the registrant information about IMG, IMG affiliates, IMG events and clients, and promotional material from some of our clients, sponsors, advertisers and business partners. Users may always opt-out of receiving any such information either by responding to the relevant communication as directed or by contacting Replay@img.com. Financial information that is collected may be used to bill the user for any products and services purchased from IMG. The registrant's contact information is also used to contact the user who has purchased good from this site when necessary for customer service reasons. Unique identifiers, such as ID and passwords, are collected to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

This site utilizes a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. IMG does not share your information (other than specified). Your personal information cannot be accessed by third parties, only Site Administrators have access to such data. The data is held on our servers at Pulsant at Maidenhead where we practise best industry methods to prevent unauthorised access to our infrastructure. This is a secure data centre with very tight access control. No method of internet security can be 100% secure. IMG endeavours to maintain the security of your personal information but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. IMG’s security policies are reviewed periodically and revised as required.

CONTACTING THE SITE AND CHANGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you choose to modify your personal information or you have forgotten your password, you may do so by contacting IMG.
